We are looking for :
ACCA, CIMA, MBA (Candidates with CIA or CISA would be preferred) Fresh Graduate or 1 Year Experience
Proven work experience in process engineering Excellent technical skills Knowledge of process related standards Experience in process simulations Familiarity with payment card industry regulations Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills Analyze and improve business processes to improve overall workflow efficiencies and effectiveness Document processes and procedures using standard methodologies and tools Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to identify and plan improvements (process and technology) including identifying the current process, applying best practices, and creating performance measurements Contribute to the design and implementation of organization-wide process-centric methodologies (i.
e. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Metrics, Goal Alignment, etc.) Analyze process methodologies, enterprise process leadership, and impact of recommended changes Work with internal customers to establish and maintain excellent working relationships, resolve issues, and promote team services and capabilities Participate in non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions Facilitate organizational change Should understand Value Stream Mapping and Lean Thinking Methodology and should be able to work on these models Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience of planning & reporting tools, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Knowledge of Compliance best practices in management and improving business processes Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Working knowledge or experience in business process modeling
