Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of accounting softwares & Excel.
  • Manipulating large volumes of data in software.
  • Manage inventory / Receiveables / Payables
  • Accounts reconcile
  • Produce full set of managemnt accouns and monthly journals
  • Prepare Monthly / Quartlerly / annually budgets and cash flows
  • Prepare Montly finanace management reports
  • prepare administration of expense and claims
  • HR Related matters Preparartion of employee's files, process monthly payroll and leaves record etc
  • Manage all bank related matters (communicaiton & Followup, deposits & withdrawals etc.)
  • Job Specification

  • Must have 1 to 2 year hans on experience in accounts management tools.
  • Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communicaiton skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline.
  • Must have storin MS office and Google searching skills
