SHAFFER is looking for an HR Intern which will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining employee records, maintaining the company's HR database, and helping employees with enrollment procedures.
Your communication skills, interpersonal skills, and understanding of employment law will ensure success as an HR Intern. Responsibilities :
Maintaining communication with potential candidates.
Managing HR records, including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Providing enrollment documents to new employees.
Conducting employee orientations.
Explaining employee benefits.
Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
Maintaining employee confidentiality.
Assisting with the distribution of training material.
Bachelor’s degree, Interests HR (3rd or 4th Year)
Knowledge of database software, email systems, and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
