Job Overview

Lead the talent acquisition team to build the most solid talent pipeline and hire the best for sustainable growth of our client.

Responsibilities

Work with Business Managers to determine and understand the organization’s talent needs

Develop budgets for hiring plans in collaboration with the team

Develop a sourcing strategy for different streams of business and ensure effective implementation

Work on the continuous improvement of recruitment practices in the organization with a keen focus on candidate experience

Ensure data based decisions - develop the right metrics and analytics for the team

Liaison with the team for a strong employer brand

Manage recruitment for key positions and functions

Identify gaps in the hiring process and build on them

Ensure strong talent pipelines exist at all times

Create the right visibility of the metrics and performance in the organization

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in hard core talent acquisition

In-depth knowledge of building recruitment strategies

Knowledge of employer branding techniques

Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

Strong attention to detail with the ability to look at the big picture

Experience in stakeholder management and recruitment analytics
