Job Summary :

Partner with the business to ensure strategic & operational effectiveness and optimal management of the human capital in the business.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

TALENT ACQUISITION & MANAGEMENT : Manpower planning and resource planning for organizational and business needs. Proficient in managing recruitment dashboards and working on Recruitment analytics including ROI and Manpower Hours.

Responsible for planning, developing, and executing of complete end to end Onboarding toolkit and package. Analyze and determine capacity requirements and develop and build different Talent Acquisition reports and testing for assessments.

Effectively manage external recruitment placements. Review recruitment procedures and provide feedback for improvement Ensure all employees have a performance scorecard and manage performance reviews take place as per company guidelines

Management of the Pakistan succession pool by leading development plans for succession candidates. Succession management through the Signify process.

EFFECTIVE ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Implement the development of HR Systems, Policies and Procedures Control and manage JPs across the business.

Drive and lead the engagement initiatives for business group. Identify potential in conjunction with Line Management & Facilitate Career Pathing.

Conceive and initiate projects for organizational effectiveness and design such as Employee engagement plans, climate & pulse surveys.

Conduct needs / skills analysis and ensure that mandatory training is conducted according to Group L&D requirements. Inculcate culture of change by devising conducive work-place initiatives and managing change.

Compile a Training Plan for area of responsibility & ensure staff training needs are addressed by Line Management. EFEFCTIVE MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEE RELATIONS Ensure knowledge of and adherence to Employee Relations Procedures, Policies and Legislation.

Ensure consistency of standards in the application of Employee Relations processes. Ensure employment contracts compliance to legal requirements.

Facilitate and ensure satisfactory conflict resolution. Represent the business in Labor Relations matters.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & REWARDS Manage and ensure end to end PM cycle of both value driven and indices. Proficient in developing and using Performance Management Software’s, toolkit, to automate the organizational lifecycle of PMS.

Monitor and facilitate the group for Performances Indices and ensuring KPI scorecard progress. Craft organizational strategy to benchmark rewards and Compensation for business groups.

Effective management of performance and rewards as per performance pay plans. Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained for the HR reporting team.

Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands. Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.

Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs.

EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH OPERATIONS : Identify existing or potential problem areas and work with business team on how they can use HR processes for iimprovements.

Actively build relationships and network with business & operations team (including internal and external stakeholder) to gain a thorough understanding of operational impacts on the business Interact with operational management and staff.

Provide a holistic HR service that meets the needs of the area of responsibility. Involvement in and implementation of projects and Initiatives.

EFFECTIVE SELF-MANAGEMENT Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.

Reports to : Head of People Direct Reports : People Consultant, People Coordinator (2 -3) Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors / MBA in Human Resources Minimum Experience : 5 + years generalist experience covering the broad area of the job preferably in a service related or FMCG environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

Excellent MS Word & Excel Skills. Hands on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Excellent Planning, Organizing & Communication Skills.

Excellent Presentation and work flow design skills. Capacity to deliver with stringent deadlines. Ability to work under pressure driven business operations.

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and creative designing & Content.
