Manager Performance is a diverse role that entails data crunching, decision making, developing processes and SOPs, handling new projects, managing strong vendor relationships, working closely with other departments locally, regionally and globally.
Analyze & evaluate the data, performing the root cause analysis, registering the findings, developing plans accordingly, implementing, and executing the solutions.
This is a highly critical position and offers wide exposure to the industry and business.
The role is based in Pakistan and will report into the Head of Vendor Operations.
Develop a cohesive strategy to execute strategic plans & operational excellence through data backed decisioning
Manage & lead a team of talented individuals enhancing their functional and leadership qualities
Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports
Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions, strengthen the overall vendor performance and bring changes where necessary by automating processes
Work across teams to continually eliminate unnecessary processes and continually implement new ways to to enhance the Vendor Performance
Develop value driven reports, analysis and dashboards and be a focal point of liaison between multiple stakeholders within the business
Develop and execute effective reporting and assessment tools to minimize risk and identify areas of improvement
Work Cross-Functionally with Product, Business Development, Customer Services and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Work on multiple projects with global and regional Headquarters of Foodpanda in Berlin and Singapore on process improvements, dashboards, Google Analytics in driving operational excellence & performance.
Minimum 4 years of working experience with a Bachelors / Masters degree preferably in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, data science, with focus on data mining techniques and predictive analytics
Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings.
Must be extremely detailed oriented and have a problem solving attitude
Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce & Data Warehouse).
Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
Ability to convey data driven concepts in meaningful way to internal stakeholders
Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively across functions, levels and disciplines
