Handle incoming calls and chats from customers related to booking, tracking / tracing, pre / post-ship inquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure response to emails as per defined SLAs.
Support in maintaining departmental service levels.
Assist and deliver on all tasks assigned by supervisor / manager.
Liaise with Operations, Sales and other departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
Up-sell DHL value added services.
Generate sales & cash leads for the Commercial department.
Liaise with Operations and other departments to maximize first track resolution.
Identify customer needs to promote DHL electronic shipping solutions to increase e-commerce penetration.
Typically requires a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Functional knowledge of MS Office.
Proficient with telephone and order booking systems.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
