Job Purpose :

The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfill business and functional requirements. Responsible for the conversion of business requirements to technical specifications and delivery.

As a support lead for ELCM ( Enterprise Limit and Collateral Management) related functionality the major responsibilities include , supporting post production support , ,requirement gathering, requirement analysis, UAT Support, Change Implementation (both code changes and product parameterization) in Oracle Banking Credit Facilities Process Management (OBCFPM) 14.

X and Oracle Banking Enterprise Limit and Collateral Management 14.X .

Other responsibilities include Interaction with Business Users, Vendors and Technology Stakeholders, Vendor Management, Software Quality Assurance, MIS Reporting, Periodic Status Update and People Management

Key Result Areas :

Senior Manager is essentially a Techno-Functional resource who manages medium size / complex application from development prospective.

He has a typically a large team size (4 and above) and inclined to move towards project management, along with strong independent contribution capabilities.

  • Analyze business requirement and translate it into functional / technical specification.
  • Collect data and analyze metrics related to their module Plan for and conduct Retrospection of Work requests / Modules executed
  • Prototyping and researching alternative implementation / Support strategies
  • Tracking and monitoring the change / support as per the plan / SLAs agreed with users
  • Participate / Review Technical Architecture documentation.
  • Conducting project meetings , reporting project status to PMO and business stakeholders
  • Getting the inspections / reviews done as per the plan
  • Business / Customer communication
  • Provide lead support during SIT / UAT, Implementation, and training for assigned modules
  • Ensure delivery of modules as per prescribed quality guidelines.
  • Review / verify production transfer documentation.
  • Lead the development actives in co-ordination with Vendor for Oracle Banking Credit Facilities Process Management (OBCFPM) and Oracle Banking Enterprise Limit and Collateral Management and endure all the deliveries are as per technology requirement.
  • Participating in functional / code reviews / support reviews
  • Performing maintenance on the existing code base
  • Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production with RUN team.
  • Co-ordinate and handover the deliveries to the RUN Team for post-production support.
  • Ensure strict compliance with agreed deadlines - Plan, execute, and finalize assignments according to strict deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel wherever agreed / planned and track.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to internal standards set as part of Quality & Audit, Infrastructure Management Guidelines.
  • Responsible for aligning IT strategy with business strategies
  • Coordinate with other interdependent teams for production support
  • Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships :

  • Lead the support functionality related to OBCFPM & ELCM and in consultation with other teams
  • Would be interacting with the senior management of business users to understand their support requirements and automation needs.
  • Evaluates and makes recommendations for software / hardware upgrades pertaining to functional / technical parameters.
  • Effective Co-ordination with business and third party stakeholders to manage their expectation
  • Internal functions and work practices as per policy, compliance and procedures of the organization.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including, meetings, knowledge transfer and Timesheet reporting, preparation of weekly status report.
  • Track performance of individuals in team and conduct performance appraisals on periodic basis

  • Requirements

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

  • Proven knowledge in Fircosoft screening solutions, Fraud management solutions such as Clari5, SAS. Exposure to BPM and RPA solutions
  • Awareness of Global standards in AML, KYC,FATF, Sanctions is desirable
  • Strong system integration experience
  • Banking domain knowledge is essential
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands·
  • Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
  • Working closely with Technology vendor and business teams
  • Senior Stakeholder Management
  • Awareness of regulations governing bank’s business process is a must
  • Minimum 12-15 Years of Experience in handling Corporate Limit origination workflow systems
  • Hands on Expertise in Oracle Banking Credit Facilities Process Management (OBCFPM) and Oracle Banking Enterprise Limit and Collateral Management (OBELCM)
  • Knowledge on Technology and Architecture Framework of Oracle Banking midoffice solution OBMA Platform, Microservice architecture OBMA Routing Hub (OBRH) related technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Zuul, Spring Cloud Eureka, Spring Cloud Config,
  • Knowledge on Oracle Banking API and its components specifically on OBCFPM integration with Product Processors and Interfaces
  • Very good exposure to Corporate Banking and Channels
  • Knowledge on collateral and limit management process flows
  • Exposure to Islamic Banking is a plus
  • Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
  • Hands on experience on Enterprise Limit & Collateral management application
  • Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
  • Good analytical / communication / people skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to develop large scale web / database applications with Micro service architecture Knowledge of OBMA extensibility Toolkit will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
  • Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
  • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
