Job Description :

  • Reviewing and analyzing the Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Financial Statements of the company as per the regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing the Monthly Financial Performance Review report for the country leadership team which includes performance analysis against last period / month and budgets.
  • Preparing the Financial Board Presentations for approval of Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Financial Statements as per the regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing the Annual Report as per regulatory requirement laid down by SECP, Code of Corporate Governance & Company Act 2017 along with Presentation for Board of Directors.
  • Leading the coordination with external auditor for timely completion of Half Yearly Review and Annual audit.
  • Performing financial forecasting and reporting including Business Planning and Budgeting.
  • Preparing the Annual Budget which includes compilation and review of departmental expense and income budget.
  • Preparing the Board Presentation for approval of Annual Budget.
  • Preparing the Projected Financial Performance in coordination with various departments.
  • Review of General Ledgers in SAP to ensure that there are no long outstanding items in GL.
