Experience Customer Service.Customer Relations : 3+ Years Qualification Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) Knowledge / Skills Basic fares and ticketing qualification from a recognised institute or airline.
Experience preferably in an airline or travel agency. Knowledge / skills : Knowledge of fare construction and ticketing with an understanding of Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS) / MARS / Galileo / Sabre.
