Position at Nakisa

Nakisa is in an exciting growth phase and so is our IT team. Reporting to IT Director, The Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and upgrading all the internal applications of Nakisa.

The successful candidate will also be the main point of contact for all employees experiencing applications’ related issues in Lahore and across the globe.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain Nakisa Internally used systems including;Microsoft Dynamics GPMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)Microsoft PowerApps and Power AutomateSharePoint OnlineTenrox or equivalentOffice 365 application, such MS forms, etc.
  • Other systems used at Nakisa

  • Design new workflows, such as Customer Journey Mapping, integrate Sales and Marketing activities, integration of CRM and ERP, design and implement new forms
  • Create and develop customized solutions using PowerApps and power Automate
  • Design and produce standardized reports
  • Maintain and create security groups
  • Write requirements for new systems and may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Ability to generate documentation such as flowcharts, collect and analyze requirements, help in software selection, and monitor systems once they're in place
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
  • Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
  • Qualifications :

  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, Bash, etc.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT or software development industries
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Administration / Customization)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps
  • Quick learner who is open to learn new applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
