The Team :

Customer Success Team

It’s a dynamic global team, where the work changes daily. The team is responsible for a successful customer journey and touch points that create long term client engagement, driving adoption, retention, user / usage growth and supporting strategic objectives on the account level.

This team will develop and execute data driven processes to deliver world class customer experience. Your role may focus on migration, onboarding or global strategic accounts.

You role will involve partnering across the Market Intelligence to establish quality practices, transform process design, client journey as well as spread the improvement culture.

Our Customer needs and business outcomes is at the center of what we do at Customer Success Team.

The Impact : The role has a high degree of influence in evaluating processes, design, operational practices, control environment, regulatory obligations and associated systems leading to reliable and repeatable outcomes.

The roles include a blend of strategic thinking and execution paired with opportunity to drive cross functional improvements across MI Commercial and sharing / deployment of best practices across Customer Success vertical.

What’s in it for you : The Process Associate is expected to engage across multiple initiatives within the Revenue Org. This role will have the enhance the benefits that can be realized for Customer Success and is expected to develop, implement and champion the S&P Global Market Intelligence Commercial’s initiatives involving data driven insights and technology capabilities critical for our customers in making effective decisions across multiple segments.

As we continue to evolve deliverables for our client’s and stakeholders, this role will have an opportunity to not only deliver on client first initiatives by transforming the way we run our operations.

To that end, this role will refine value streams, data visualization and leverage synergies, enabling us to manage our internal operations more efficiently and maximize value for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Improve & standardize the business processes & workflows through scalable & agile operational excellence approach, process improvement solutions across CST Global Centers.
  • Spotlight the efficiency improvement opportunities through process-, data-mining techniques & implement robust solutions through connecting strategic Commercial objectives to cluster-specific initiatives.
  • Lead & partner the evolving mechanisms to enrich the client journey, operational standards while collaborating technology, operations and commercial teams
  • Ensures harmonization of best practices of comprehensiveness, quality measurement, reporting & analytics within a cluster.
  • Partner with vertical Ops head to standardize the resource management, productivity measurement, quality control & governance approaches
  • Act as go-to’ person for leading, coordinating project management & governance; working closely with the Ops Leads to define the roadmap / contours of the exact responsibilities / accountabilities in order to drive max business value.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, Computer Sciences or related field preferred)
  • Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required
  • Salesforce and SalesLoft Reporting
  • Expertise on Tableau, Power BI and other visualization tools
  • Immaculate written and verbal command over English language
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years work experience (2 years of experience in a similar role)
  • Any knowledge of SQL and VBA would be advantageous
  • Hands on experience with Blue Prism
