General :

  • To serve clients professionally and efficiently at all times and in accordance with documented procedures.
  • To liaise with other key parties including third party suppliers.
  • To look for ways to improve service to the customer and increase efficiency.
  • To process supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • To handle sales invoicing for clients in accordance with procedures and standards
  • Specific :

  • In conjunction with the Team Leader develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures for the client, and constantly review for potential improvements.
  • To ensure that all sales invoices are raised in an accurate and timely fashion in line with the company policy and client requirements.
  • Ensure all supplier purchase invoices received are processed within the guidelines stated in the quality procedures
  • To ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to Protege by keeping a constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
  • To maintain and file (manual and / or EDP) records in an orderly manner, making sure all aspects of the Client SOP and the ProtegeGlobal internal requirements are achieved.
  • To constantly review working processes with the aim of making improvements and ensure all key work processes are documented correctly in the intranet.
  • Assist the client team in progressing developed action plans (Open Issue List) by completing designated tasks as targeted.
  • To maintain a close working relationship with all key parties including suppliers
  • To produce reports and statistics as required.
  • To monitor the performance of third party suppliers with the aim of identifying areas for improvement.
  • Other :

  • To attend client / other meetings as required
  • To make sure that the Team Leader is aware of your training needs.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested.

    Who we are looking for

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the with Customer facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently
  • Passion to drive closures & high level customer service orientation
  • Well organized when working under pressure
  • Team player; works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork
