We’re looking for an Integrated and Marketing Communications Manager to join our METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan) Integrated and Marketing Communications team in Karachi, Pakistan.

As an Integrated and Marketing Communications Manager you’ll be responsible for marketing communications, corporate communications and digital activities plus CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Projects in Pakistan.

What you’ll do

  • Work with teams within key businesses to build strong 360 marketing campaign strategies, execute and follow up for KPIs and results.
  • Manage marcom activities with optimum budgets and regular reporting.
  • Manage, develop and execute local campaigns, promotions, launches and calendar.
  • Manage, optimize, enhance, localize and develop digital channels, supporting business objectives, optimizing SEO, SEA and social media activations for lead generation and opportunity conversion.
  • Gather and interpret local & global customer insights and translate into local actions on digital channels to optimize customer experience
  • You will also be responsible for planning & executing Company’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives
  • Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Communication Studies, or any other relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in combined marketing communications and digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing marketing communications budgets.
  • Technical skills : knowledge on google adverts, SEO, social media management, online campaign management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization.
