HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Contribute Interviewing the candidates with relevant HOD’s and Consultants
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage and supervise the recruitment and selection process as a whole
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system annually that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Develop and provision of Job Description
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partners with the legal department as needed / required.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations inquiries
Drafting relevant letters, reports
Ensure to perform the administrative work as and when assigned by the management
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Supervise and managing the team of Human Resources
Ready to perform extra tasks such as administration as assigned by CEO / Director
Ensure the learning and development of HR subordinates
Ensuring the engagement of team towards assigned work
Managing the Headcount / Manning data sheet
Managing the Degrees Verification Process
Ensure the implementation of indicators of MSDS as per the requirement of Punjab Health Commission (PHC) for HR
To ensure that all employees have got Orientation and signed of the relevant documents
Academic Qualification : Degree in Human Resources or related field, certifications in the relevant field will be preferred.
Past Experience : 7 years’ experience, of which 3 years at management level in leading (national & international) preferably in JCI Accredited Hospitals.
Proven working experience as HR Manager
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and HMIS
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Salary Range : (80,000 to 100,000) Per Month.
