Quality check on IT peripherals at customer site
Checking and packing of returned equipment before sending back to main office
Relocation of equipment within premises
Installation and configuration
Updating OS, Application, Desktop and Notebook Migration subject to project
Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
The Profile
This position is for providing IT support to our clients both online and at their premises. Therefore the incumbent should have :
Bachelors OR Diploma in CIT
Must have hands on experience of IT support (Installation / Troubleshooting)
Must have knowledge of various virus and hardware issues.
Must know how to do system backup / recovery and installation.
Must be familiar with laptop accessories and their purchase.
Handles support requests and procedures of clients
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Adherence to timeliness is a key requirement.
Having previous experience on computer store would be preferred.
