The position requires you to work under supervision of Assistant Manager for implementation of geographic segmentation and development of day to day analytical / reporting assignments :
Execution of tactics to improve Key variables e.g. ARPU, APPMB, Volume etc.
Execution of Pricing and Promotion strategy for the complete Product portfolio
Analysis on subscriber base including but not limited to post-campaign analyses, overlap with Voice Base, usage behaviour including changes over time
Propose / implement promotions of campaigns to achieve targets w.r.t net subscribers, monetization initiatives, churn, revenue and traffic under supervision of Segment Team.
Design and monitor micro segmentation campaigns with help of BI / CLM
Assist and Monitor the impact of the Data payload / MOUs on the Network and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Assist / Prepare business cases and updates for Management approval
Assist in developing business forecasts / plan for the segment
Assist in Delivery of quarterly go to market plan and ensuring that it is aligned with all the commercial stakeholders (i.
e. Marketing, S&D, P&P etc.)
Monitoring daily / weekly / monthly segment KPI’s
Ability to work in across functional teams in an organised manner thus ensuring all assigned tasks are developed in time and within allocated resources
Your typical day at work
Monitor the day to day trends / performance of the segment in terms net subscribers, churn, revenue and traffic
Generating insights & establishing what needs to be done through these data insights
Coordination with different teams / departments for execution of segment products and plans
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in GSM / customer segmentation management
Ability to gather and go through large quantities of data and identify root-causes
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and multitask with them in an efficient manner
Strong communication skills and ability to get things which have dependence on other teams done
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration / Computer Science / Engineering
Work experience :
2-3 years + of related work experience in a similar organization and preferrably in a related role
