Operation Manager

Will be working under a supervision of team to execute and manage IT Support, Procurement and office operations as per guidelines and procedure of company.

Job responsibilities :

  • Providing assistance to Procurement Manager including : Estimating, establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases and maintenanceMaintaining, updating, reviewing and analyzing all vendors / suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development, pricing options, and other important data Performing procurement activities including collecting, evaluating and negotiating quotations for the purchasing of quality and cost-effective devices, laptops and IT equipment as per guidelines of policyNegotiate the best deal, making professional decisions and ensuring timely delivery of quality and cost-effective items in a fast-paced environmentEnsuring all the IT equipment, laptops, devices or any hardware are available in stock as per procurement plan.
  • Providing assistance to IT Manager including : Supporting employees with the help of IT department in fixing the mobile devices, IT equipment and laptops issues efficiently and effectivelyPerforming hardware & software installation, upgradation, support, and resolving issues relating to laptops, printers, scanners, phones, VoIP, besides the internet, Intranet, LAN, and WANPerforming installation of anti-virus solutions, firewall, configuring and maintaining operating systems, software applicationsMonitoring and resolving IT support tickets efficiently and effectivelyProviding support to disaster recovery solutions.
  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems

  • Providing assistance to Finance Manager in accounts and payment related matters including : Handling of petty cash and performing payments of miscellaneous expensesRecord keeping of all expenses, bills, invoices, vouchers etc.
  • Preparing inventory of all company assets and its record keepingContracting, negotiations and finalizing office vendors, service providers, and office property owner and ensuring that all items and services are invoiced and paid timelyPreparing contract and service level agreements and ensuring and administering that all SLAs are delivered according to specifications.

    Ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections that may ariseAssisting in miscellaneous tasks related to bank and other institutions.

    Update financial data in the system to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when neededPrepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly reportsAssisting in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings

  • Providing assistance to HR Manager in different office administration matters including : Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the officePlanning and monitoring of special projects e.
  • g. office space extension, sitting plan, workstations, parking and keeping the management properly informed on timely mannerArranging indoor and outdoor special events, meetings, dinner, and lunch Providing induction formalities of new employees, documentation and arranging stationery, workstation, hardware, software, laptop, devices, and IT equipmentAssisting in employees reimbursements, payments, attendance, and payroll records etc.

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree preferably in IT or business administration (finance or supply chain)
  • 3-6 years of work experience in IT Support (Mobile devices, Laptop, and network support), Procurement of IT equipment, and administrative / office management role
