ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is to support the delivery of a first-class customer experience through the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of trade marketing activities, in addition to providing performance assessment of the field force.

  • Reports to : TM&D Lead
  • Geographic Scope : Australia Region
  • WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

    i. Business

  • Responsible for B2B / Ecommerce Page analytics & insights
  • Run Simulation to calculate optimal distribution of TP / TPGs to Outlets
  • Create listings and blocks for the materials that are out of stock / in-stock
  • Review the impression and reach statistics for defined media landscape
  • Prepare and cascade TCP Weekly Dashboard & Reports
  • Manage field force incentive scheme analytics
  • Identify and adjust required planning parameters for campaigns
  • Responsible for TMR TCP weekly and monthly tracker
  • Create future order report and ordered vs scheduled reports for trade, logistics or finance
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and greater efficiency within commercial reporting
  • Provide analysis on source and size of the business issue with in-depth root cause analysis
  • Monitor real-time sales to provide visibility to the team to ensure efficient STM process
  • Define the planned monthly coverage for each TP, TPG at cluster, media landscape or channel level
  • ii. People

  • Work with sales team to create customised customer / campaign reports
  • Work closely with brand and trade teams to generate and share customer and consumer analytics and insights
  • Collaborate with Brand and Trade teams to develop and share media landscape data
  • Engage in proactive behaviour in updating customer information in CIS
  • Ensure all reports are proactively shared with sales / customers via CRM etc.
  • Take ownership of personal development, including reviewing own progress against deadlines and targets, and the timely and accurate completion of PerforM (end of year review documents).
  • Actively participates in a high-performance team and contributes to the achievement of team targets

  • Do you possess the expertise in using Google Analytics and PowerBI?
  • Do you have experience using Salesforce (CRM)?
  • ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree educated with relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2-8 years experience in system / business analyst role
  • Experience with use of CRM and digital analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ability in MS Office Applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Relationship management (internal & external)
  • Excellent analytical skills and excel knowledge
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (, Google Analytics)
  • Extensive knowledge of media landscape
  • Skills and experience in creating and using dashboards and generating reports and insights
  • Adept in using Salesforce (other CRM platform), Google Analytics and PowerBI
  • BENEFICIAL

  • Additional knowledge of SAP, Temple IRI and MicroStrategy is an added advantage.
