Location : This role is based in Lahore Pakistan. Grade : This is a grade 3 position. Your Impactful Goals Will Include

  • Responsible for product & distribution planning, developing the overall Product & distribution Strategy and forecasting
  • Develop plans to maximize efficiency in the channel and grow business volume
  • Owner of product and distribution Governance Model, Channel profitability, ROI and franchise services CSAT
  • Planning of gross add / net add and to get desired business uptake
  • Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issues
  • To ensure successful rollout of company products and implementation of communication plans at the Sales & Distribution channel across the Region & Circle.
  • To ensure successful rollout of Product & Distribution initiatives such as Apollo at S&D channels across the Region & Circle
  • Building and execution of distribution models for present and future.
  • Liaison between segment and HQ teams to set and execute the direction of circle.
  • Identification of growth pockets with respect to recharge and gross addition
  • Work as a support / planning function for on ground sales team.
  • How Will Your Typical Day Look Like

  • Working closely with all the stakeholders for roadmap discussions and planning for product, distribution
  • POC for external stakeholders Circle Interface for planning, segment & marketing functions
  • Conducting belt / cluster level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies for fulfilling circle business ambitions
  • Responsible for New Product, distribution initiatives and keep track of product update and performance
  • Building and keeping track of Product Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans
  • Evaluate expected challenges / risks and come up with mitigation strategy
  • Keeping a close eye on customer, competitor and Channel insights for better product planning
  • Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
  • Preparing product forecasts and tracking
  • Develop mitigation techniques for risks and ensure target achievements.
  • QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis
  • Analyze day to day performance of channels & suggesting required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets
  • Closed coordination with BI team to get customer insights and consumer treads
  • Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
  • Analysis of the channel performance
  • Collaboration / Coordination within S&D planning functions and with regions on daily basis
  • Governance model to monitor the Product KPIs management
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses of the Products and competition analysis
  • Special project planning and executions.
  • Belt / cluster level KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs
  • Distribution footprint enhancement and efficiency
  • Identify the right size of channel & Investment
  • Stock Float speared on channel, franchise governance
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Education : Preferably MBA / MCS / BBA / BSC
  • Work experience : 4 5 year Telco experience related to Product & Distribution Planning.

  • Ability to carry out analyses & reporting and develop actionable insights for the team
  • Good team Leader and excellent at building relationships with co-workers and external vendors
  • Organized and can manage several projects and / or activities at a time.
