We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Officer Duties & Responsibilities : Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Work with senior stakeholders. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Support worker communication with the management team. As well as below responsibilities : 1.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties 2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) 3.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.
4. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes 5. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 6.
Preparation of payroll (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) 7. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures 8. Maintain the personal files of all employees.
9. Process final Settlement of resigned employee and conduct exit Interviews and signing other required documents from departing employee.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to source candidates and updating our database
