The Customer Services and Logistics Manager will be having a team comprising FG Distribution Centre and Embellishment Centres across the country, along with customer services executives, and directly reports to the Supply Manager.
Key Job Accountabilities
Assist the sales team in meeting monthly sales targets by setting up an effective warehousing and logistics system.
To lead and guide the 3PLs and DCs, to get Green in relevant audits.
Maintain inventory record accuracy (Finished Goods) at the DC’s so as to create an optimized buffer quantity to support fluctuation between demand and supply.
Monthly resolution of short / excess, deleted, damaged, re-workable & redundant finished goods by conducting monthly cycle count / stock checks at all the locations (DCs Finished Goods and RB factory) & by issuing NCR
Key Job Accountabilites
Ensure prompt and effective response to customer complaints and issues to optimize customer satisfaction.
Provide primary sales / payments / pending orders related information to all sales force on a regular basis to keep the team updated
Provide inventory availability / shortage position to sales force and customers on SOS basis
Coordinate with Supply Chain / Trade Marketing / Marketing for proper availability of inventory at all warehouses in time to fulfil customers demand
Ensure warehouse-wise stock split according to regional forecast / demand to Supply / Logistic every month to make inventory available accordingly.
Prepare customized reports and provide relevant information to internal stakeholders to suit business needs
Monitor monthly achievement / trend of sales / payment vs target on a daily basis
