Role TitleManager, Human Resources - LahoreRank & GradeAssistant Director G1Service Line / SSLCBS, HRRole Purpose Reporting directly to the Talent Lead, the HR Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the HR functions for Lahore and Islamabad, including the effective implementation and deployment of the regional and local systems across the region.

Key Responsibilities1.Aligning all HR operations across departments and locations along with monitoring and ensuring proper compliance with policies and procedures.

2.Assisting the executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of performance and rewards.3.Administering grievance procedures and providing advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices and policies.

4.Overlooking the recruitment process and planning campus drives.5.Ensuring all onboarding processes are met with including orientations for all employees.

6.Preparing learning maps and ensuring all business units are compliant with the learning requirements that may be local and global.

7.Administrating resource planning to ensure maximum learning to the staff. RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in a reputable firm, including 1 year in the capacity of a Manager.

MBA in HR or another Master’s degree with a concentration in HR from a reputable university. Based in Lahore and frequent travel to IslamabadEffective speaking and writing skills and the ability to address small and large groups.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.Have experience in project implementation and process improvements.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully communicate with a wide range of individuals and groups. Knowledge of organizational structure and organizational change and development.

Proficiency in HR analytics and MS Excel will be an added advantage
