Overview We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Executive Human Resources . The incumbent will be responsible for administration of the salary & benefits, implementation of incentive programs, HR reporting etc.

  • Manage the salary payments, benefits administration and maintain the accurate database of the staff.
  • Prepare detailed monthly fluctuation report for payroll which includes the details related to new appointments, confirmations, transfers, re-designations, leave without pay, overtime and separations.
  • Manage employee database; ensure that all relevant information are added in the system so that HR reports depict accurate & updated data.
  • Administration of provident fund accounts which includes reconciliation, recording and reporting to stakeholders on monthly basis.
  • Ensure proper calculation and submission of income tax, EOBI & SESSI payments to relevant authorities.
  • Prepare final settlement along with its requisites i.e. clearance, final settlement calculation, experience letter and final settlement cheque.
  • Complete management of attendance & leave management system. Skills, Qualifications & Experience :
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in relevant field, preferably at multinational or renowned local companies.
  • Must have bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Possess a positive mindset and flexible with a can-do attitude.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
