Your Responsibilities : Job Purpose :

Job Purpose :

The purpose of this Job is to Coordinate with production, Production reporting, Managing and controlling the batch master data (BMR & BPR), Batch file transactions E2E Process, documentation of entire Production and manage d-MERP activities.

Ensure and monitoring of cGMP in production areas in accordance with GMP guidelines and make sure the GMP on the floor and provide the direction to associates and worker for its strict adherence.

Assist the associates for Quality, safety and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform transactions in d-MERP / SAP timely as per business need.
  • Controlling and maintaining the Production Master Data in d-MERP.
  • Coordinate with PP, W&D, D2C, SD, P2P & R2R for d-MERP related issue.
  • Coordinate with E2ESO team for update the master data in d-MERP, manage the Master
  • Data Requester and Provider and Access Requester or provider.

  • Support Site in complete d-MERP Execution activity.
  • Responsible and Support in BMR / BPR Uploading in system, Revision and Complete
  • handling of BMR / BPR for production execution process.

  • Ensure month end closing 100% that finance can further process without delay in d-MERP.
  • Generating system reports and manual reports as per schedule from d-MERP.
  • Preparing daily, Weekly and monthly reports of production.
  • Supervise the production activity of assign area for proper utilization of capacity, manpower and resolve the problems.
  • Ensure to produce the all products as per plan and meet the company targets in d-MERP
  • To maintain the floor discipline. Monitor the performance, behavior and punctually of the staff.
  • To provide the in-house technical training to all associate (d-MERP).
  • Identifying training needs and providing support for the training. Ensure proper documentations by maintaining of right first time, real time documentation, reduction of documentation error, timely compilation of all departmental DATA.
  • Raised & support in generation of deviations, for process improvement in d-MERP
  • Ensuring that area is always ready for visits & audits.
  • Ensure proper implementation of LOTO, working at height, hot work permit, confined space, wet floor & other safety related work in the related department.
  • Ensure that the department Fire extinguishers are timely refill and do not cross the due date.
  • Maintain a related record to production.
  • Ensure calibration and SAMACO not cross the date.
  • Effectively take part in the Trainings and Different activities.
  • Responsible to perform other documentation work assign on need basis
  • Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
  • Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
  • Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

  • Basic qualifications :

    Required Qualification : BSc. in Computers / Bachelors in Business / Administration

    Areas of Expertise : SAP-ERP and Production Operations

    Required Experience : 2 - 5 years experience preferably in Pharma industry

    Preferred qualifications :
