The Role : Assistant Manager
Grade (relevant for internal applicants only) : Grade 9.
The Location : Islamabad, Manila and Buenos Aires.
The Team : The team covers banking and financial services news in Latin America’s largest economies in English. This includes both Latin America's biggest breaking financial stories, along with well-researched, sharply crafted analytical pieces illuminating key trends in the Latin American banking and financial industry.
Areas of coverage range from major financial company mergers to regulatory policy shifts, to market upheaval and the impact of national elections in key regional economies such as Mexico and Brazil.
Work schedule (Time shift) : Ideally America’s day shift (9 : 00AM-6PM ET). An alternative earlier shift can be considered for applicants from Manila and Islamabad.
The Impact : As part of the Latin America Financial Institutions Group news team, you will play a key role helping the team to deliver high-quality data-driven news to our international readers on topics such as credit risk, fintech, M&A activity, ESG, investment banking, lending and strategy.
You will provide support for the team by balancing editing and managerial responsibilities as determined by the daily workflow, as well as assist in the planning and discussion of the content pipeline.
