About the Role :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a team that is fast-paced and dedicated. We are looking for candidates preferably with a CS & Salesforce CRM background, who are natural team players.

What You'll Do :

You’ll be a member of an Enterprise Systems QA pod, taking on test responsibilities in a sprint format, while engaging with our Dev & Admin teams across PK and San Francisco.

You’ll have the opportunity to first hand identify, analyze & document defects & test processes, and contribute to the integrity of the business in an impacting and meaningful way.

The scope of challenges revolves around Salesforce core functionality, apps and integrations to name a few. Your responsibilities and contributions are here acknowledged, and you get to own your personal development.

What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience in administering and / or testing Salesforce CRM
  • A keen eye for attention to details (if you feel restless looking at two lines that should be running parallel like a railroad, but just do not appear to be - you get an idea)
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high quality software that balances technical and business goals
  • Ability to take ownership of all manual testing tasks
  • Ability to understand Software Design Specifications
  • Ability to create boundary value, positive, and negative test cases
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles
  • Knowledge of issue tracking tools (JIRA will be preferable)
  • Salesforce CRM (admin / dev) certification desirable
  • CPQ knowhow desirable
  • Zuora knowhow desirable
  • Boomi knowhow desirable
  • Interest in commercial vehicles such as trucks is a big plus!
