About the Job :

As a Communication Specialist / Trainer you will be training the representatives from various Customer facing departments on English Language and Communication.

Your success in this role will be measured by the quality of training that is imparted to the reps and by showcasing measurable improvement in their language proficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitors calls with the intent to analyze communication efficacy and proficiency.
  • Identifies and defines the components of communication that are necessary to effectively handle customer interactions.
  • Conducts and compiles analysis about the above mentioned components in order to create recommendations for improvement.
  • Partners with stakeholders to drive understanding the value of communication and the analysis compiled in order to influence change and implementation of recommendations.
  • Measures and tracks the performance of the recommendations implemented.
  • Designs, builds, and executes communication training based on what the analysis shows as a trend or an area of opportunity.
  • Qualifications :

  • Native English Speaker / Bilingual Fluency (American Accent only)
  • Aligns with KeepTruckin’s values
  • Has a passion for communication and quality assurance
  • Exceptional analytical, listening, writing, and oral skills in English
  • Has experience teaching Non-Natives English speakers to communicate with other Non-English Native speakers.
  • Preferably 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Preferably 2+ years of support center or customer service quality auditing experience strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience using CRM tools, QA software, and Google Apps
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred
  • Self-motivated with a drive for excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and work collaboratively
  • Experience and comfort with generating high-level analysis reports and summaries
