Your Typical day at work
Providing support to HRIS team mainly responding to QMS Query and Follow-ups with concern stakeholder
Data Analysis & Reporting
Manage and maintain employee headcount on HRIS Tool
Maintaining employee data through HRIS Tool
Facilitating team to implement new changes and training across the organization
Managing Employees change request announcements
Building a positive business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
HCD communication support and follow up on deliverable
Available for any ad-hock changes with Team
Identify improvement area in current business process

Bachelors / Arts- Business / Social-Humanitarian Sciences or any related field.
Relevant experience in human resource management will be preferred
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
Strong interpersonal skills
Should be able to work individually and also in a team
Good computer skills - specially in Microsoft office programs (Excel,Word and PowerPoint)
Adaptable & keen learner
