Job Description:
- Proficient in doing front sales and upsells as well.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Outbound/Inbound Call Center experience for US Market is a must
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with an interest in design, marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- 3+ years of design industry call center sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English in speaking ad writing as well
Shift Timings: Night (08:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.)
