Process can only get them so far, and that's where we come in with technology solutions to integrate and automate systems, detect defects before payment, and provide insights.
We use a wide variety of technologies to build and support our systems, with a heavy focus on AWS technologies and Pega BPM.
We are currently building, supporting, and extending several custom applications built on Pega technology, so an architect-level Pega skillset is required.
Interest and experience in AWS is important as well. Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate with end users in non-technical terms, is vital to your long-term success.
You will work closely with business operations teams, functional experts, and other engineers to define and build solutions to meet Amazon Payroll needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing business applications, an advanced competency in BPM, a working knowledge of BPMN, a high degree of collaborative skills, the ability to communicate effectively on many levels, and the desire to mentor others.
