Degree in Human Resources or related field along with 2 to 3 Years of experience in HR.Key Responsibilities : Manage daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.
Onboarding documentation including salary proposals, appointment letters Maintaining company profile at relevant job advertisement channels and utilizing them to attract quality resourceMaintain employee files and the HR filing systemAttendance Management system including biometrics and UpdatesFamiliar with ERP or SAP based environment.
Perform HR analytics and generate reportsAssist HR Manager with recruitment, record maintenance and provide clerical support to all employees.
