  • Monthly revenue flash file preparation under US GAAP including data compilation for revenue accruals
  • Creation of Accounts Receivable, Deferred Revenue, Commission and Unbilled AR balance sheet schedules
  • Assistance in preparation of monthly commission schedules including intermediary commission
  • Follow up on aged invoices including communication with client services team for potential uncollectible amounts / write-offs
  • Creating customer sales invoices and debit notes within CRM and GL system
  • Recording AR and revenue transactions within GL System
  • Acting as main point-of-contact b / w Finance and Client Services team
  • Experience with using Netsuite or any other suitable ERP system
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for inter-departmental communication
  • Assistance with preparation of debt schedule entries under US GAAP
  • Assistance with individual legal entity cash flows including foreign currency consolidated cash flows under US GAAP
  • Assistance with statutory and consolidated audit schedules preparation and detailed review.
  • Reviewing leasing standard entries under ASC 842 on a monthly basis
  • Assistance with preparation of quarterly, interim and annual financial statements under US GAAP
  • Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree and / or Accounting Certification (ACCA) partly or fully qualified is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in global payroll processing or accounting in a top tier company.
  • In depth understanding of global payroll & ERP accounting systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS office application (advanced excel, word, Power point).
