To facilitate the marketing function in developing and implementing a robust strategy for all categories. This will include product categories such as WoodCare, Enamels, specialist metal care and new categories such as water proofing and road markings.
This will also include on ground execution of the approved strategy for the said segment.
Also to assist Head of Brand & Customer Marketing in ensuring targeted KPI’s on brand enrichment, equity and profitability are achieved for Premium Interiors and Exteriors portfolio.
To assist in developing and implementing the marketing strategy and plan aimed at consolidating and developing the market, increasing volume and value share of their respective category
Work closely with the creative agency to ensure development and timely execution of effective brand communication across the media mix
Optimize product portfolio and achieve budgeted Innovation (8Q Plan) and profitability targets (volume, value, Contribution Margin)
To liaise and coordinate with various functional areas such as Sales, Technical, Materials & Logistics and Finance to integrate associated activities to meet marketing objectives.
To closely monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and recommend possible counter measures to neutralize any adverse effects on both Dulux and Paintex brand and sales
Conducting stake holder trainings on portfolio value selling
Let’s Colour Lead; palnning and executing Dulux Let’s Colour activities as per the annually locked calendar
Manage third party agencies for smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives
Monthly HSE Training for HO Commercial Staff
The jobholder has to be Bsc. (Hons) with at least 5 years in FMCG or decorative paint marketing.
Should have complete knowledge and expertise in branding and market research encompassing, U&A studies, trend surveys etc.
Demonstrated leadership, team skills and multifunctional skill base
Should be well versed with media measurement tools and have a track record of successful product launches
Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)
