About the role :

The Partner Ops Lead - Careem NOW will be owning the complete journey of a customer booking starting from app opening to the final delivery.

  • Managing all partner related analytics and driving efficiencies in the marketplace
  • Reducing captain engagement time and captain waiting time at restaurant through : -
  • a) Effective implementation of delayed dispatching
  • b) Reduction in restaurant preparation time
  • c) Reduction in restaurant acceptance time
  • Reducing captain time to restaurant through placement optimization
  • Reducing captain time to customer / restaurant through optimization of restaurant discovery and captain dispatching radii
  • Reducing customer waiting time by optimization of the above
  • Improving app opening conversion, fulfilment and final completion for the customer by improving customer experience in each part of the booking journey
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values : being bold, focused, agile and collaborative.

  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Strong quantitative analysis background
  • Past experience in a tech based industries is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable to present in front of large audiences
  • A solid understanding of company’s market : products, players, technologies
  • Strong communication skills : ability to express oneself with clarity is vital to the success of any BD professional
