We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Senior Business Development Manager for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to make clear visibility of assigned territories of the team on Sales Force (Qualified and Active Accounts).
  • All restaurants of assigned territories should be visible on Sales Force.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and providing training sessions to the team members making sure that the team is 100% SF compliant.
  • Responsible to make sure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets & performance based goals while working independently on daily basis.
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts and exceed goals for account retention, development, and maintenance
  • Visiting field on daily basis to make sure every single restaurant is tapped by Area Manager
  • Responsible to clear all Return to sales accounts on time
  • Responsible to bring remaining strategic brands on Food panda portal and no cuisine is missed from available restaurants in assigned area
  • To make sure that there is 0% fraudulent activities by Area Managers
  • To minimize number of rejections of the team by QC Manager.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Must be willing to work on Field.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Sound business judgement and ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
