About the Role :

Sales Operations at KeepTruckin drives the strategy, execution, and scale of KeepTruckin’s revenue growth by supporting our Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support Organizations.

Our work is cross-functional and touches nearly every part of our business - from what we sell, to whom, and how.

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who will bring energy, experience and a bias toward action to our team. As the Sales Operations Analyst specializing in compensation you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join KeepTruckin as a member of the Sales Operations team.

You will leverage your expertise in sales analysis and compensation to further the team's efforts in developing and maintaining meaningful data-driven reporting for sales leadership.

This role will be an individual contributor within Sales Strategy & Ops. You will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will team with the Finance and Enterprise Systems Organizations.

What You'll Do :

  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews of attainment and productivity broken down by seller, region, and business segment.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills are required to effectively analyze data and create meaningful models, reports, and metrics.
  • Partner with Finance on the monthly commission process for sales reps. This will include an understanding and consistent application of the commission plan, ensuring commission calculations comply with the plan, validating commissions with Finance, and managing exception requests.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and management of special incentives.
  • Support sales planning activities related to commissions and headcount.
  • What we're looking for :

  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility in sales operations / finance with a focus on compensation
  • Google Sheets / MS Excel : master of Vlookups, nested if statements, index / match, with ability to create repeatable templates to optimize usage and distribution of insights
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce experience required. Must be able to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to succeed in this role
  • Proven experience working on cross-functional teams. Experience managing cross-functional teams a plus
  • Understanding of SAAS business model and compensation highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Xactly Incent compensation tool a plus
  • Familiarity with DocuSign a plus
  • BA / BS required. Accounting / Finance background preferred
  • Flexibility to travel to the United States
