Job Description :
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contacts and adjust existing policies
Execute sales strategies by lead generation, increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation
Must be up to date with the industry developments and share insights of other companies to the organization
Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
Capability to achieve monthly sales targets
Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation

Job Requirement :
Intermediate or above
Minimum six (06) months of experience is required
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of customers
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
