Your primary objective will be to lead + coach the sales business unit within a very matrix team to
ensure high levels of sales activity, customer acquisition + retention, as such looking to for a suitable candidate for position of sales manager who can head field sales with direct reporting to National Sea Logistics Head and who may as well have his own business generation self targets from his own list of customers.
Able to provide the leadership and direction to the Field Sales team setting up target based goals for each individual including own sales targets and list of accounts
Own, monitor and drive all sales activities of the field sales and inside sales organization
Customer Relationship Management and CRM reporting
Regularly review the customers portfolio with the CCL managers and Customer Care Team
Close profitable and sustainable customer deals
Your Skills and Experiences
Experience : min 5-6 years relevant industry experience (flexible depending on the knowledge / confidence and work history)
Full knowledge of export operations process
Proficient with working on TMS, well versed with shipping process info / documentation / KPI handling etc.
Well versed with SOP handling for specific ISC customers
Education : Minimum Graduation (masters essential)
Computer Skills : Microsoft Excel (Advance level) could create own presentations and having good Presentation skills
Quick learner and able to accept new challenges in view of the fast changing requirements from company / customers
Requirement : Urgent
