  • Standard advanced data analyses with minimal supervision and or complex projects with some senior supervision. Examples may include, but are not limited to : Conjoint analysis, (CBC, ACBC, etc), Segmentation, different types of regression, factor analysis, and other group-specific advanced analyses
  • Coordinate with internal teams on analytics requirement, project flow and its timely execution
  • Provides and explains output of statistical analysis to internal teams in simple, non-technical language
  • Works on development and implementation of new statistical models and improvement of existing models
  • Qualifications

  • Post-Graduation in Management / Business Analytics / Statistics. Graduation in Science, Statistics or Engineering a plus
  • 3 to 4 years of specialized experience in analytics. It could be either in a market research organization or business consultancy or client side.
  • Strong conceptual understanding in the domain of analytics. Having additional experience on Market Research industry is an advantage
  • Should have thorough knowledge working with various statistical packages (Must- R / Python. Optional - can be seen as an advantage- SPSS, Sawtooth, Latent Gold, SAS etc)
  • Complete understanding of traditional multivariate techniques used in market research and commonly used machine learning techniques (Like neural networks, boosting, splines, SVM, Bayesian analysis etc).
  • Experience of working on segmentation and pricing studies, predictive analytics / propensity based modelling, text analytics.
  • Understanding the database management system (DBMS) and hands on working with large databases would be an added advantage.
