We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Expanding touch points and footprint in key accounts.
  • Have an excellent overview of the business and are up-to-date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition
  • Clients retention & up selling
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders at all levels within these accounts.
  • Interaction with C level players
  • Requirements

  • Business professional with 5+ years of experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pakistan market
  • Experience in SaaS, CpaaS , digital , Telecom & software sales is preferred
  • Necessary to have Sales experience in Pakistan market in the IT or Telecom Industry, working with (Retail, Finance, Prop tech, E-Commerce, Media and Entertainment, Transportation, Logistics and Healthcare clients)
  • Manage Sales Pipeline, Acquisition of key accounts, and Consultative Sales skills
