Build rapport with new and existing clientele to create opportunities and ensure customer success

  • Drafting, Selling and Managing IT SLA contracts / AMCs with large corporates
  • SLAs / AMCs wired / wireless networks, security, servers and storage, VM and backup, physical security / CCTV, UPS and power, data center maintenance), Managed Services (helpdesk and HR outsourcing, recruitment and training
  • Developing costing models and maintaining profit margins as per the management governance policies
  • Account Management : Maintaining and making sure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Complains Management : Routing complains to and following up with Customer Care and Field Teams
  • Purchase Management : Raising Purchase Orders to fulfill customer SLA requirements
  • Selling one-time professional services
  • Handling opportunities and Projects in the field of IP Telephony, Infrastructure setup, IT & Networking from new as well as existing customer base
  • Account management for complaints, queries and responsible for advising decision makers on technologies
  • Alliances with complementing solution providers and distributors
  • Keeping up with key decision makers in the org. to align with their yearly IT plans
  • Preparing solution with presales teams based on clients requirement; may be based on different products from multiple vendors.
