Job Description :

  • Lead Business Process Re-Engineering Activity.
  • Document Business Processes.
  • Recommend Processes changes to reduce friction in existing processes.
  • Assist in implementing lean thinking methodology.
  • Assisting in Incident Management Reporting.
  • We are looking for :

  • Bachelors in Computer Sciences (CISA would be preferred)
  • Skills :

  • Proven work experience in Business Intelligence / Solution Architect role.
  • Should have a fair understanding of Process Mapping and Documentation.
  • Excellent technical skills.
  • Ready to work in a 24 / 7, fast-paced environment.
  • RKnowledge of process related standards.
  • Experience in process simulations.
  • Familiarity with payment card industry regulations.
  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
  • Analyze and improve business processes to improve overall workflow efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Document processes and procedures using standard methodologies and tools.
  • Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to identify and plan improvements (process and technology) including identifying the current process, applying best practices, and creating performance measurements.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of organization-wide process-centric methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Metrics, Goal Alignment, etc.).
  • Analyze process methodologies, enterprise process leadership, and impact of recommended changes.
  • Work with internal customers to establish and maintain excellent working relationships, resolve issues, and promote team services and capabilities.
  • Participate in non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
  • Facilitate organizational change.
  • Should understand Value Stream Mapping and Lean Thinking Methodology and should be able to work on these models..
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience of planning & reporting tools, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Knowledge of Compliance best practices in management and improving business processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Working knowledge or experience in business process modeling.
  • Should have working experience in the role of Solution Architect / Business Analyst.
