Call Center Representative is the core position of any company in the telemarketing industry. The potential candidate will be responsible for engaging with a good amount of customers over the phone and persuading their interests.
The candidate will be provided with good resources, a communication script, and comprehensive training to further improve his / her skill set.
A customer-oriented focus is necessary to preserve long-term satisfaction and engagement with customers. It is preferred that Call Center Representative should be highly organized and disciplined.
Job Nature : Outbound / USA Call Center Project :

Learn and prepare the communication script with good attention to detail.
Communicate and pitch the script positively to a good amount of customers on regular basis.
Use the learned tips to engage customers and qualify them according to the given criterion.
Keep note of details provided by customers and submit them to the company’s database.
Attend training sessions to continuously improve your skillset and performance.
Increase your performance consistently & generate maximum productivity.
Maintain good relations with your team, demonstrate discipline and professionalism.
To become a good Call Center Representative, you must love talking & building conversation.
Previous experience in a US / UK-based call center / telemarketing project is preferred.
Good English speaking, listening, and customer engagement skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and professionalism
