As a ServiceNow SDET Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will drive innovation that focuses on implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of ServiceNow platform and various supported products, recommend best practices in enhancement design and system architecture, and handle escalations.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and utilizing a combination of automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing methods including ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
You will work with the ServiceNow Product owner and ServiceNow Architect to develop manual and automated testing solutions for continuous enhancement and integration of ServiceNow platform.
You will create, analyze, research, design, document, modify, and support ServiceNow throughout the development life cycle.
You must have a demonstrated ability to deliver quality results and participate in quality improvement efforts. You will analyze business needs to understand the problem, analyze the software solution options, and follow the software development lifecycle to deliver solutions.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration & development.
2+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing, Quality Assurance & user experience.
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
Background working in one or more product line and has domain knowledge in the areas listed above
Facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and oversee delivery.
Understand the big picture of the ServiceNow platform Role in Micron and supported applications to deliver business requirements.
Work with ServiceNow project managers, developers, and administrators to develop manual and automated testing solutions for continuous enhancement and integrations of the ServiceNow platform.
Implement ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and other test tools to verify / validate continuous release of ServiceNow major, minor enhancement and maintenance releases.
Develop, document, implement and maintain test suites and scripts for new and existing ServiceNow features based on stories and acceptance criteria.
Analyze creation test documents, including test plans, test procedures, requirements verification traceability matrices, and test summary reports.
Communicate test goals, priorities, plans, schedule, status, and results across organization.
Conduct functional, regression, and system integration testing and support user acceptance testing, including documenting all reported issues found during the testing life cycle
Document and report ServiceNow testing, verification and validation status and results including details of errors, non-conformances, and recommended remediation and corrective actions.
Train and mentor users, testers, developers, and business analysts on test plans.
Participate in release planning for new ServiceNow feature and platform functionality, defect fixes, and platform optimization.
Create ServiceNow platform test framework design and testing process, continual improvements and criteria spanning access, feature, function, usability, performance, load, integration, interoperability, and regression test criteria.
Provide recommendations and sign-off are supported by test results and necessary exceptions or deviations from requirements are documented.
Maintain knowledge of test engineering thru self-learning, attending conferences and training.

Monitor health, usage and manage overall compliance of ServiceNow instance and applications.
Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.
Experience working with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Demonstrate experience with defect management and tracking tools.
Demonstrate ability to identify errors, and failures through error log and message file analysis.
Experience working with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow
Experience working in an Agile project environment with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace
Demonstrate project management, communication, and documentation skills to organize successful completion of user acceptance testing.
Demonstrate ability to work and communicate collaboratively with Developers to share complex testing error results, recommendations for fixes, and verify / validate acceptance criteria
Experience with administration activities including configuring Foundation Data (Users, Groups, Permissions etc.), Notifications, Access Restriction Policies, SLAs etc.
Thorough understanding of application security, including SSO, Access Control rules, and more.
Experience in using / interacting with databases (relational / non-relational).
Experience with Performance Analytics and other data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL).
Experience working with Chatbot framework and machine learning.
