Job Description

  • 1. Determine Go-To-Market strategies after analyzing the market & industry; Fulfill the annual sales and services target;
  • Manage P&L and sales team.2. Build and manage the team including : channel sales team, direct sales team, sales operation team and customer service team;
  • Fulfill sales target and increase channel partner's revenue by improving the sales efficiency and productivity; Increase the customer base and fulfill customers' service requests;
  • 3. Determines annual target, financial plan and human resources budget. Organize the department structure and allocate resources to better achieve sales, service and financial target.

    4. Optimize the sales operation and process by analyzing data, products, industry, organization and competitor; build strategy for sales department to scale and exponentially increase the market share.

    5. Effectively communicate with headquarters in China, give feedback about sales, operations, competition and products. Execute the localized headquarter sales strategy with fast action.

    Job requirements

  • 1. 6+ years working experience on sales and customer management, working in internet company is preferred 2. Experience in sales and service team management, including organization structuring, commission rules planning;
  • 3. Ability for P&L management and annual sales target planning.4.Good understanding of sales CRM systems, experience in product operation and optimization.

  • 5. Ability to analyze data; understand customers request by data analysis, improve sales and service processes consistently ;
  • 6. Good communication and resources integration ability.7. Ability to define service rules and manage third-party service partner.
