Job Description
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Evolv features and functions, and new developments, including data requirements, configuration, transaction mapping, process, GL interface and reporting.
Providing trouble shooting, issue analysis and problem resolution, for system and / or data issues escalated to product team during client implementation and production runs.
Working closely with colleagues to identify data related problems and solve them
Analyzing and documenting required information and data.
Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
Conceptualizing system functions and data, and sharing this knowledge through effective presentation of the data output with the rest of your team
Ensuring issues are properly documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders
