SAP, Server & Network introductory level

Knowledge of workforce, devices and plateform tools

Ability to speak & to train

Hardware installation and troubleshooting

IT infrastructure installation and troubleshooting, Network, Servers, IP Telephony, Network Security


Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of IT experience including Team Lead experience.

Behavioural : Time Management, Conflict Resolution.

Technical : IT resolutions
