Job Description

You need to interact with customers on behalf of our organisation. You will need provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.

You will be interacting through calls, emails and live chat.

Below are a broken down list of what you will need to be doing :

  • Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts.
  • Handle returns or complaints.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
  • Research answers or solutions as needed.
  • Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help in case of query.

    Job Specification

  • You need to have excellent written and verbal control of the English and the Urdu language.
  • You need to have a lot of Patience.
  • You should have or be able to develop excellent persuasion skills.
  • You should be extremely attentive at all times.
  • You should possess excellent and clear communication skills.
  • You should be able to grasp knowledge of the product.
  • You should be able to use "Positive Language" and calm / satisfy the customer to the highest level.
  • You should have excellent and precise time management skills.
  • You will have to have the ability to read the customer requests.
  • You have a calming presence and attitude.
  • You have a Goal Oriented Focus.
  • And most important of all you have the will to learn new things everyday.
