Position related :
The incumbent will lead a team to provide planning, direction and insights at regional level for Sales and distribution function.
Execution of regional reports & designing of reporting templates according to business needs.
Preparation of monthly / Quarterly / Yearly regional business plans.
Business analysis and reviews.
Your Typical day at work
Execution of regional reporting on daily basis according to agreed formats.
Analysis of Sales KPI’s
Monitoring of growth at regional & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis.
Analysis on regional Infringement of Sims & Scratch Cards.
Verification of Staff Commissioning & Visibility to sales team.
Target allocation of all sales KPI’s. & monitoring of shared KPI’s.
Cell Sites Planning, Preparation of Business cases & follow-up till the execution of proposed cell sites.
Planning for quarterly franchise induction.
Plan to achieve the targets for all Sales KPI at regional level.
Design and execute Regional Promos & campaigns.
Do extensive post promo analysis to get future learnings.
Interact with retailers on regular basis to get market requirements and feed back and design reports accordingly.
Visit regional teams regularly and conduct business reviews and based on findings develop action plans for future and follow up on that.
Initiate projects on declining areas and conduct end to end research on these markets and drie actions to get growth.
Conduct market research and derive actionable finding for sales team.
Identify gaps in all KPIs and support sales team to get market shares.
Monthly business reviews for all belt owners.
Identify requirement for new franchise and retailers in areas.
Prepare end to end business plan for new franchise and initiate the process accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria : Education :
Minimum Graduate. However, MBA will be preferred.
Work experience :
Experience on Reporting / Analysis.
